MY REVIEW

My older daughter has allergies that can make her miserable.  The congestion, headaches, and watery eyes are a constant battle and it gets worse when Spring approaches.  Where we live, air quality is bad most days of the year, so a little extra help from Electrolux was definitely needed.

When the huge box arrived, I quickly unpacked it and set it up.  There is minimal assembly required -- mainly just inserting the filter and putting batteries in the remote which are included.

There are three speeds for the fan -- low, high and turbo.
There are five levels of air quality that are indicated with lights on the unit -- listed from poor to good.

The unit itself is quite large, so smaller spaces will be cramped even more.  I do love the sleek black color though and the remote comes with a holder that attaches to the unit.  My daughter did notice the cleaner smelling air and has had less allergy attacks in the time frame of almost one month.  The only problem I have is finding replacement filters in my area for the unit. Buying online will be required for some people who have the same problem.

MY REVIEW

I am not a huge fan of bar soap.  It leaves my dry skin itch and usually leaves a film on your skin after rinsing it off.  If I had my choice, I would always have liquid soap in my shower.  There are times though that bar soap is cheaper and easier to travel with on vacations.

This soap has a light fragrance to it that isn't overwhelming and could actually use a boost in fragrance.  It lathers up fairly well, but again, it leaves a film that I can feel on my skin after drying off.  It didn't dry my skin out as bad as other bar soaps, but it didn't leave it soft and smooth either.

For this particular soap brand, I would say that it is in the fair range.  It gets the job done, but not something I would use on a regular basis.

MY REVIEW

When you first pop the cap open on this new body wash from Caress, you can instantly be rewarded with the "juicy" fragrance of pink grapefruit.  I am sure the Sun-Kissed Lily fragrance is in there somewhere, but my nose zeroed in on the grapefruit.  It smelled amazing!  So for the smell side of the product I give it an A! 

As for lathering - or suds - I give it a B.  It did lather up, but not quite as much as I would have liked.  I tried it in cold and hot water to see if the temperature would make much of a difference in soap suds and the result was it didn't make much of a difference. 

For cleaning and getting the grime off your skin, I would give it a C.  Yes it gave my skin a clean feel to it when I used it.  After drying off and waiting for about an hour, my skin did start to get that dry feeling.  It wasn't too bad since I normally have dry skin anyway, but I would recommend a lotion being applied to your skin after the shower.

Overall, I would say the best feature about Caress Juicy Escape is the smell.

MY REVIEW
Let's start with the basics.
Scent -- Nice smell and not overwhelming to the senses.
Texture -- Glided on smoothly with minimal flaking
Sweat Protection -- Much better than expected.  I wasn't convinced at first that it could do any better than some other brand, but it did do much better than the brand I was using previously.
Odor Protection -- Yes! This does help in preventing body odor from sweating.  Much better than my previous brand.
Stain Protection -- Did not leave a single stain in my shirts.  Not only did it prevent sweat stains in my shirt, but no deodorant marks left either.

Overall, a better choice than my previous brand. I would recommend this one!

MY REVIEW:

To say I was a little curious about this product is an understatement.  I was having a hard time accepting the fact that it could be used for so many of the different things they were claiming. Something I could use for my hair and skin care could also use for baking and cooking? Really? Okay, I ended up caving because I just had to know if it would be worth it and actually could be used for it all.

SKIN CARE: I have serious dry skin. So serious that it looks like I have cold chills all the time. My skin is rough, dry and red especially on my arms and legs.  I have tried so many products for my dry skin only to be disappointed by the bottom of the bottle or jar.  I gave this product two weeks and my skin does feel softer. The redness has diminished a little bit, but not altogether.  It was a little greasy at first, but it wasn't so bad with the less you use. Less is more when it comes to the skin care with this product. I would give it a B for skin care.

HAIR CARE: I used this once for my hair. I followed the directions but found I was not satisfied with it as a hair care product.  I am really particular about what I use on my hair. While it wasn't horrible for my hair, I won't use it again for that use just because of how picky I am. I would give it a C for hair care.(for personal preference)

COOKING and BAKING: I tried using this for cooking and found it to be almost as good as using margarine or butter.  There was a slight difference in taste and use, but again it is all about personal preference. Everyone tastes things differently.  Easy to use as well. I gave it a B for cooking and baking.

SUPPLEMENT: No rating as I did not use it as this.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product.  While some uses were better than others, I think it boils down to personal preference in some areas and other areas it worked wonderfully.  The price is great considering you get a full jar of 15 fl. oz. to use.  It does go a long way so you get quite a bit of product for a long run trial.

MY REVIEW
Let's face it. As women we can't avoid this type of product. Feminine products are something all women have to deal with once a month.  As much as we loathe having to deal with it, we hate discussing it just as much.  What we do rely on is a product that will work and give us one less thing to have to worry about during this time.

I have to admit, I was not impressed with this product.  Even though it is marketed as "Super", I found that it was more like a "Regular".  I had to change it more often than what I do with my usual brand. The string was also a problem with this product.  The string was much shorter than other brands and even came off with the "test tug" you are suppose to do before using a tampon.

Overall, I will stick with my normal brand and pass on the Playtex.
